Our Safety Practices
To ensure the health and safety of our staff, as well as all the clients in the studio, we are requiring the following:
- If you are not feeling well or have a temperature in excess of 99°F, please cancel your appointment before the 24 hour notice or as soon as symptoms arise.
- You have the option to mask during your session. If you request that your therapist do so, they will mask as well.
We reserve the right to discontinue service with any client who appears to be exhibiting symptoms of illness before or during a session. We respect how you may feel about this and other measures we are taking. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation while we navigate this together.
About Radiant Healing Massage
Why Massage?
No matter how much you enjoy what you do, there are still stresses in everyday life that take a toll on your mind and body. Massage Therapy can help reverse the damage done by this stress, and do it drug-free. Massage does more than just relax your mind and relieve tired muscles; it restores function and allows you to do more without NSAIDs or other medications.
At Radiant Healing Massage, you can expect a warm greeting, a comfortable environment, and a customized session focused on your immediate needs. Prior to the session, we’ll discuss your current health conditions, areas of stress and pain, and concerns you may have so that you can receive the maximum benefit every time. Check out our various practice modalities here.
Who We Are
Massage is our passion. Caring is our specialty. Our team is here to serve your massage needs every day from 8:00am until 9:00pm. Think of a time when you did not feel welcome somewhere. You will never feel that here at Radiant Healing. We hold ourselves to a standard that is inclusive of everyone who walks through our door, and there are no barriers to anyone based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, color, or physical characteristics. Some refer to this as being LGBTQ-Friendly. We are, and we also call it HUMAN-Friendly.
Any suggestions or treatment that we may give you are based solely, in our professional opinion, on what serves your needs best. We encourage dialogue between you, the client, and us, the practitioners. We will explain everything about our treatment process and why we suggest a course of therapy or treat your body in a specific way. So come on in and let us serve you in a way that does your mind and body good, and makes your day-to-day life a little easier.
How We Do It
It’s rare that a company talks about their behind-the-scenes operations, either because it would be boring to customers, or they want to protect trade secrets. We think there are certain things that you should know about our operations and how it can impact your well-being.
We use free and clear laundry products to wash, sanitize, and dry all of our practice linens, which includes massage table sheets, face cradle covers, towels, and other items. Anything that may contact bare skin is carefully handled using hypoallergenic soaps, cleaners, and treatments.
All of our therapeutic products such as massage oils, creams, and lotions are also natural, hypoallergenic, and pure. When we use essential oils for therapy, they are always 100% therapeutic grade.
Your safety and comfort, and that of our therapist team, is always our highest concern. You can rely on us to keep your best interests at heart. If you should ever have any questions about our products, procedures, or facility, please talk to us.
About the Radiant Healing Staff
Lara Pfeffer, LMT, Owner
I am a 1994 graduate of Blue Sky Massage School. With over 30 years doing my favorite job ever (massage), I am proud to represent my company where we are privileged to serve our clients in a friendly, supportive, and compassionate atmosphere. It’s my goal that every therapist on staff, while having their own gifts and talents for bodywork, embody our motto: “Massage is our passion, caring is our specialty.”
I mentor, coach, teach and inspire my diverse staff of kind, talented and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist practitioners. While I am no longer accepting new clients, I do mentor LMTs on how to powerfully be in the practice; whether that’s as an employee or a (possibly new) business owner. Check out my YouTube Channel for more details.
In the past, my practice has included intuitive bodywork woven into a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal/Postnatal, Swedish flow, Myofascial Release, as well as Reiki holistic healing sessions. In my free time I enjoy my kids and grandkids, being outdoors hiking/biking with friends, and traveling the world.

Aissa, LMT
I graduated in 2015 from the Soma Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy after leaving Elmhurst University as a classical voice student. I’ve worked alongside medical professionals, honing my skills as a pain relief specialist. I enjoy taking on client’s issues and putting them in a state of bliss with an emphasis on whole person healing, pain relief and improving functions of the body with a relaxing flow into therapeutic and deep tissue techniques.
In my free time I enjoy podcasts & books, Pilates, playing games around the table with family and friends, collecting crystals and exploring the city. I recently moved to Milwaukee with my fiancé Eric and our cat Suzy.
Jennifer, LMT
I graduated in 2014 from Milwaukee’s Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness Massage Program. I consider myself a seasoned professional in therapeutic massage, having embarked on my health and wellness journey over two decades ago at Aveda’s Institute of Beauty and Wellness. Initially licensed as a manicurist, my extensive experience in salons and spas transcended nail care, fostering a holistic understanding of the human body.
Recognizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, I evolved into a licensed massage therapist. I passionately view people as individuals, focusing on the intrinsic unity of their experience. Proficient in reflexology and adept at discovering latent muscle groups, I offer comprehensive treatments that go beyond conventional massage techniques.
Lonna, LMT
With 12 years of experience as a massage therapist, I started my journey in healing therapies at Anthem College of Massage in Brookfield, Wisconsin. My passion lies in helping people heal from stress, injury, overuse, and chronic tension. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two wonderful kids and being with family.
In my free time, you can find me roller skating (I competed in State Championships in the youth division for my sport) or exploring new ways to improve my craft. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all of my clients and am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.
Jessica, LMT
I’m a passionate massage therapist who graduated from the Technical College of the Rockies in 2019. Recently, my husband and I moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. My holistic approach combines various techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and connective tissue manipulation, tailored to each client’s needs.
I also incorporate a dabbling of guided meditation and the art of sound healing to enhance relaxation and well-being. When I’m not practicing, I love world travel and outdoor adventures with my dog. I’m excited to share my skills and help others awaken their true potential through healing.

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage addresses the lymphatic system, an important part of the immune system. This treatment uses very light, slow, rhythmic movements to increase flow of lymphatic fluid along the lymphatic channels through the entire body. It is highly effective in reducing inflammation, especially after surgery or trauma, such as a sports injury. It can also help stimulate the immune response when recovering from an illness or when struggling with seasonal changes.
Lymphatic treatments can be helpful when treating inflammation, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and Lyme disease. Our intention is to gently encourage healthy lymph flow in otherwise healthy clients. We are not certified in lymphatic drainage for cancer, BBL or plastic surgery procedures. If you are currently under a doctor’s care, please first consult your provider for guidance or referral to a practitioner suitable to your medical needs.
